Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SafeChild Ai Toolssubscriptions, a product of ADWAPI DIGITAL MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

Free trial

Every new device gets a 24-hour free trial with full access and no payment required. We encourage you to evaluate the service fully during the trial before subscribing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter.

Refunds

As the free trial lets you test all features before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, if you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or could not use the service due to a verified technical fault on our side, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@mysafechild.com or call +91 9099181445 with your registered details and the payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
