SafeChild Ai Tools ("we", "us", "our"), a product of ADWAPI DIGITAL MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing and using SafeChild Ai Tools, you agree to this policy.

Who this service is for

SafeChild Ai Tools is a parental-supervision tool intended to be installed by a parent or legal guardian on a device that they own and that is used by their own minor child. It must not be used to monitor any adult or any device without the proper legal authority to do so.

Information we collect

When enabled by the person setting up the device, the app may collect activity from the supervised device, including: app notifications and their text, call events (incoming, outgoing, missed, video), SMS metadata and content, contact names, sender profile images from notifications, installed-app activity, and basic device information (model, Android version, app version, sync time).

How we use information

Collected activity is transmitted securely and shown only on the parent dashboard that is unlocked with the device's unique Access Code. We use the data solely to provide the monitoring service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data retention

Activity data is automatically deleted after 30 days. You can disconnect a device or request deletion of all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Data security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) and access to the dashboard is protected by a device-scoped Access Code and short-lived sessions.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data associated with a device you control by emailing support@mysafechild.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
